Glossary hand stamps D

Date Stamp

Using a date stamp or number stamp makes sense when incoming or processed documents need to be marked. The date stamp from REINER® is made of a robust metal housing. The date can be set as desired with the aid of a button.
The stamp facilitates the time-consuming manual entry of dates. A certain advantage is that these imprints are easy to read and save some time with a large number of documents.

Drop zeros

To be able to print numbers without preceding zeros, there are wheels with drop zeros or so-called drop wheels, whose zeros do not imprint until the wheel is actively included in the action. Drop wheels or drop zeros can also be used to code a 6-digit wheelset, such as 19 231, to print the consecutive number 231, 232, and so on.
