Mobile printing of data from Word and Excel!
Once again this year, Ernst REINER® GmbH & Co. KG presents itself with further novelties at paperworld 2016 in Frankfurt. From now on, the jetStamp® graphic 970 and the REINER® 940 are available with a new Windows printer driver. It permits handheld printing data from Word and Excel. The product range is supplemented by a new printing ink for the jetStamp® 790 MP/791 MP/792 MP (successor jetStamp® 990) that permits intense colour and smear resistant imprints on smooth surfaces.
The strengths of jetStamp® graphic 970 and the REINER® 940
jetStamp® graphic 970 and the REINER® 940 play their strengths when marking documents, packagings or products. With the specifically developed software "PCset graphic", consecutive numbering, date, time, text or a consecutive numbering barcode can be simply generated on the PC and placed in the desired location of the imprint. Among others, the data can then be transferred to the mobile inkjet printers by bluetooth.
Since the area of application is growing continually, REINER® offers a standard printer driver for Windows (GDI) for these products from now on. This makes it possible to take over database-based texts from Word and Excel. This enables mobile transfer of, e.g., address data for a serial letter, to the devices by bluetooth to print envelopes. The printer driver can be downloaded for free from www.reiner.de under the respective product.
Special software for barcode and labelling solutions
Special software is needed when generating imprints, e.g. with 2D barcodes, or when using a barcode scanner. To meet these requirements, REINER® cooperates with NiceLabel, the leading software manufacturer in the area of barcode and RFID labelling solutions. Labels that are generated with the NiceLabel software can be transferred to the REINER® devices and then printed. If you have any special software wishes, NiceLabel has an international dealer network and offers user support for customers in many countries.
New quick drying ink for the jetStamp® 790 MP/791 MP/792 MP (successor jetStamp® 990)
Furthermore, REINER® is introducing a new quick drying ink for the jetStamp® 790 MP/791 MP/792 MP (successor jetStamp® 990). Its designation is P1-MP4-BK. Smooth surfaces, such as glass, can be printed in an even more intense colour and a smear resistant imprint. In comprehensive field tests, the printing ink MP4 has already achieved a very good resonance with the test customers.
In future, all models will be delivered with a brief instruction for quick start of the devices. The scope also includes a CD with the software "PCset graphic" and detailed operating instructions. It explains the device and software settings precisely.
