Plastic injection molding offers almost unlimited design freedom in terms of geometry and materials. A wide range of plastics with very different properties is available, which can even be combined in multi-component injection molding. Even undercuts, holes, cross holes, threads, lamellae and relief-like structures and engravings (e.g. logo, item number) can be produced in a single injection molding production process and with a maximum degree of fineness.

With MIM technology (Metal Injection Molding), REINER® offers a new way to manufacture precision steel parts with complex shapes more economically than before.
The MIM process has its conceptual origin in the injection molding technology of plastics and offers the same, almost unlimited design freedom in terms of geometry and material. However, the result is a high-strength, metallic precision part. Thus, undercuts, holes, cross holes, threads, lamellae and even relief-like structures and engravings (e.g. logo, item number) can be produced in the injection molding process in a single production process and with a high degree of precision.
