Successful completion: REINER trainee Marco Duffner receives certificate and praise
REINER® is one of the outstanding training companies in the southern Black Forest. The company's own apprentice workshop makes a fundamental contribution to a successful future by training and promoting qualified workers.

Now Marco Duffner, the next apprentice, joins the ranks of the many skilled workers who have been trained at REINER®.
After 3.5 years, Marco Duffner's apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic specializing in precision mechanics ended with a commendation and the presentation of his journeyman's certificate.
He will now be taken on as a permanent employee, where he will support the production management in overarching process optimization with immediate effect.

Marco Duffner completed his apprenticeship with flying colors under the guidance of instructor Andreas Scherzinger. In addition to working hours in the company, he attended the Robert Gerwig School in Furtwangen in the first and second year of his apprenticeship, and then the Villingen Trade School. He passed his exams with great success.

Marco Duffner also distinguished himself through his dedicated appearance. From the third year of his apprenticeship, he regularly helped in the challenging segment of special machine construction and was already entrusted with the independent implementation of smaller projects in production. In addition, he has been a member of the youth and trainee representation for two years.

Frank Stauch, Managing Director of REINER®, is pleased about the new journeyman and says: "I would like to congratulate Mr. Duffner very warmly. Of course, we are particularly pleased that he will continue to work for the company. This speaks not only for the quality of our apprentices, but also for the quality of our training."
