Data Protection Declaration for REINER® Apps
Protection of your personal data is a very serious matter for us. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection provisions and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Scope of application
This data protection declaration applies to our mobile iPhone and Android apps (hereinafter: "App"). It explains the type, purpose and scale of data collection within the framework of use of the App.

Access rights of the App
We need the following selected access rights to provide our services via the Apps. They allow us to access certain functions of your device
- Location data: To activate the Bluetooth function on your device. We do not store any data.
- Device memory: To store documents (if desired by the user) and to externally store (cache) displayed information and data
Encryption
This App may use encryption for reasons of security and to protect the transfer of confidential content, such as the queries that you submit to us as the App provider, or communication among App users. This encryption prevents the data you transmit from being read by unauthorised third parties.
Integration of services and third-party contents
It is possible that personal data are passed on to third parties for functions of the App using thirdparty offers. We strive to avoid this as far as possible but cannot fully preclude it.
