REINER® trainee builds mini football tables

True to the motto “learning by doing”, the prospective industrial mechanics of the stamping and marking specialist Ernst REINER®, proved his skills acquired up to now.
The aim of the independent project work was the production of a football table in mini format. Under the direction of Andreas Scherzinger, head of training, the trainee in his second year of training first thought about his approach before starting the practical implementation. Because the angled corners of the playing field in particular required extremely precise working methods, careful planning in advance was essential.

The trainee had to prove his organisational talent and independently share the responsibility for the various components among himselves. He then manufactured the individual components on a CNC lathe and milling machine.

After around 50 hours of bending, milling, sawing, thread cutting and joining, the table football was finally ready for use. With the project work, the apprentice not only prove that he have already acquired manual skills. With the independent organisation phase the cooperation was promoted. These, too, are important parts in the present and future everyday working lives of the prospective industrial mechanics, whom Ernst REINER® particularly supports within the framework of such projects.
